Lumtap – Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Lumtap: the Android app, the relay service, and the sign-in, account and payment pages.
What the service does
Lumtap lets an AI assistant you connect (such as Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) see your phone's screen and operate it when you ask. You choose which assistants to connect, you approve each connection, and you can disconnect them at any time from your account page or the app.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep access to your email or Google account secure; anyone who can sign in as you can connect assistants to your phones. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Registration fee
We may charge a one-time registration fee (shown on the home page and the payment page before you pay) to pair phones and let assistants use them. Payment is processed by our payment provider. The fee covers your account, not a specific phone or assistant. Unless the law says otherwise, the fee is non-refundable once your account has been registered; contact us if you were charged in error or more than once.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you ask a connected assistant to do on your phone. Only connect assistants you trust, keep the app's safety controls (master switch, STOP button, blocked apps) set the way you want, and don't use the service to break the law, to access devices that aren't yours, or to break the terms of other apps and services.
Actions with consequences
Connected assistants are instructed not to pay, send money, send messages, delete data or install apps without your explicit OK, but AI can make mistakes. Watch what it does, use STOP if something looks wrong, and keep sensitive apps (banking, payments, password managers) on your blocked list. We are not responsible for actions an assistant takes on your instructions.
Third-party services
The assistants you connect, your phone's apps, and our payment and email providers are run by other companies under their own terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the account page; this removes your paired phones, connected assistants and sign-in data from the relay.
Changes
We'll post updated terms here and change the date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell you when you next sign in.
